What began as a small organization with a team of just 10 employees and a handful of clients has evolved into a trusted industry leader serving more than 450 customers across multiple industrial sectors.
Today, M Square Cooling Towers offers comprehensive solutions covering cooling tower design, manufacturing, retrofits, upgrades, consultancy, maintenance, spare parts, performance optimization, and turnkey project execution.

Mrs. Meera Anturkar
With over 35 years of experience, Mrs. Meera Anturkar brings a wealth of knowledge and
expertise to her role as Director of Finance & Administration at M Square Nexus Pvt. Ltd.
Holding a science degree and an MBA in Finance, she combines her technical background
with strategic financial insight to ensure the company’s continued growth and success in the
cooling tower manufacturing industry.
In her leadership role, She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial planning,
budgeting, and resource management. Her keen analytical skills enable her to identify key
opportunities and navigate complex challenges, ensuring that M Square Nexus Pvt. Ltd.
remains financially sound and poised for long-term success. Her approach to leadership is
defined by a commitment to eAiciency, clarity, and strategic vision.
Outside of her professional accomplishments, She enjoys singing and gardening—passions

Mr. Sameer Anturkar
With 16 years of experience in the cooling tower industry, Mr. Sameer Anturkar is a dynamic leader at M Square Nexus Pvt. Ltd., combining deep technical expertise with a strategic sales approach. Holding a BE in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Sales and Marketing, he brings a unique skill set that seamlessly integrates cutting-edge engineering solutions with business growth.
Mr. Sameer Anturkar specializes in thermal design and technical innovations, M Square’s products deliver exceptional performance and energy eAiciency. His extensive certifications and training in timber preservation further enhance M Square’s ability to oAer sustainable and high-quality solutions to our clients.
As a natural leader, Mr. Sameer Anturkar is known for his ability to inspire teams, drive results, and exceed customer expectations. His guidance has been instrumental in expanding M Square Nexus Pvt. Ltd.’s market presence and fostering long-term client relationships.

Mr. Karan Anturkar
Since joining M Square Nexus Pvt. Ltd. in 2017, Mr. Karan has played a pivotal role in shaping
the company’s success through his expertise in project management, sales, and marketing.
With a BE in Civil Engineering and an MBA in Project Management from RICE, he combines
technical precision with a strategic vision, ensuring the seamless delivery of projects and
driving the company’s business growth.
Overseeing complex projects from start to finish, while his passion for sales and marketing,
Mr. Karan keeps M Square Nexus Pvt. Ltd. at the forefront of the industry. His extensive
certifications in timber preservation further reinforce M Square’s commitment to sustainability
and quality.
Mr. Karan Anturkar is known for his exceptional communication skills and out-of-the-box
thinking, inspiring his teams to approach challenges creatively and eAiciently. His leadership
ensures strong client relationships and consistently exceeds expectations.
Outside of his professional role, Mr. Karan Anturkar is an athletic runner with a deep passion
for sports, reflecting his discipline, drive, and commitment to excellence. Mr. Karan Anturkar’s

Mr. Nikhil Anturkar
Mr. Nikhil Anturkar has been an integral part of M Square Nexus Pvt. Ltd. since 2015, bringing a
wealth of experience and strategic vision to his role as Director of Supply Chain. With a BE in
Mechanical Engineering and a PGDM in Operations Management, he combines technical
expertise with a deep understanding of operations to ensure M Square’s entire supply chain
runs smoothly and eAiciently.
As Director, Mr. Nikhil oversees all aspects of the supply chain for MSNPL (formerly MSE),
from procurement through to delivery. His proactive management style and ability to
anticipate industry trends allow him to streamline processes and keep operations aligned with
M Square Nexus Pvt. Ltd.’s long-term goals. Mr. Nikhil Anturkar’s focus on optimizing every
part of the supply chain ensures that challenges are addressed before they arise, and that the
company’s operations remain eAicient and future-ready.
Known for his exceptional management skills and forward-thinking approach, Mr. Nikhil plays
a critical role in M Square’s success. Outside of work, Nikhil enjoys cooking, which reflects his
